Loved this! A great news story sharing all (3) sides with footage of the actual land/stream that many have not yet seen.

I am really impressed with this story from you both. It's a huge improvement over your first quarter project and you tackled a tough subject with fairness and equality. You presented both sides to this divided issue in our community and should be commended for your work. In looking at this again, I think you need another person or two to show more community input. Dain is sorta in the middle, Bridget is against it, and of course Amy is for it as she works for the company. But you need maybe a few more interviews with maybe two residents, one for and one against. I think this would show more of the community's reaction to this project. I love the drone shots! How did you get those? Technically there are some issues that could be improved like your audio. That interview with Amy has feedback in it. I'm guessing that was done on the day that the mic didn't work or wasn't packed? I remember a problem you had with an interview and I'm going to assume it was with that one since that had the bad audio to it. Be careful with your backgrounds as there should be no reason why a drum set should be behind of Amy in her interview. This is not a story about a band and that distracts the viewers to see something that's totally not related in your shot. In Bridget's interview, it looks like the camera is not level with her and a tad bit too high. She also looks up at what is probably one of you standing there. Remember that you need to be at the same level as she is, right next to the camera so that she looks just off to the side at the same level. When you stand and she sits, naturally she's going to look up at you and that's a problem. This could be trimmed a bit too. It's way too long at 5 minutes. Yes, this is a complicated issue but it could be told closer to 3 - 4 minutes max. Dylan did a pretty good job in being the reporter but he still needs to practice his lines so that he doesn't sound like he's reading it from the script. You can hear this in your radios too. Practice, practice, and do even more practice to learn the script better so that it sounds more natural. Put a little more space between interviews as well so they are not too close to each other. B-roll is pretty good and matches your story well. What happened with the closing? Audio is terrible and the video quality is poor. Is there a reason for that when everything else was solid?

Overall I think you both did a terrific job with this. There are some areas to still work on but you did a good job in presenting both sides to this thorny issue. This is a 3.7 or an A-. Well done!
